Agreement to Terms

By using the services of PoolSky Cupertino Pool Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services Provided

We provide pool cleaning and maintenance services in Cupertino, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include weekly cleaning, one-time cleaning, equipment repairs, filter cleaning, green pool treatment, tile cleaning, pool opening and closing, and pool inspection services.

We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine your pool requires specialized work beyond our capabilities or if there are safety concerns for our technicians.

Scheduling and Appointments

You agree to provide us with reasonable access to your pool during scheduled service times. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice. Last-minute cancellations may result in a service fee.

For weekly service customers, we establish a regular schedule that works for both parties. We will make every effort to arrive during your scheduled window, but weather or equipment issues may occasionally cause delays.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service or according to the payment schedule agreed upon for weekly customers. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may result in service suspension and late fees.

Prices are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Equipment repairs and replacement parts will be quoted separately and require your approval before we proceed with the work.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining proper water levels in your pool between service visits. You must also inform us of any pool equipment problems or safety hazards before we arrive for service.

You agree to keep pets secured during our service visits to ensure the safety of our technicians. If you have a locked gate, you must provide us with access or be available to let us in during scheduled service times.

Liability and Insurance

PoolSky Cupertino Pool Service carries general liability insurance for your protection. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing equipment defects or damage caused by factors beyond our control, such as extreme weather or improper pool construction.

We will take reasonable care when servicing your pool, but we cannot guarantee results if you do not follow our recommendations for maintenance between visits or if there are underlying structural or equipment issues with your pool.

Warranty and Service Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right at no additional charge.

Parts and equipment we install come with manufacturer warranties. We do not provide additional warranties beyond what the manufacturer offers, but we will assist you with warranty claims if needed.

Termination of Service

Either party may terminate ongoing service with 14 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for all services provided up until the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate service immediately if payment is overdue or if there are safety concerns.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes by email or through a notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are made means you accept the new terms.
